Glenfield Tuition Centre
Glenfield Tuition Centre is part of the Partnership offer for Hinckley and Bosworth and is run by staff employed directly by Redmoor Academy.

As staff are directly employed by a school to provide regulated activity at a site other than the school, they are covered in terms of Safer Recruitment by wider school safeguarding policies and practice. HBEP staff follow the Redmoor Academy Code of Conduct and are covered at work by Redmoor Health and Safety Policy and the Acceptable Use of ICT Policy.

Glenfield Tuition Centre comes under the wider Partnership agreement in Leicestershire and as such, is governed by a Local Board who meet half termly (see SEIPS website for more details of agenda https://www.leicsseips.org/governance ).
Glenfield Tuition Centre is owned by Glenfield Parish Council who provide insurance cover in addition to Redmoor Academy.
HBEP Curriculum Map 2023-24
Glenfield Tuition Centre offers tuition in centre for Year 7 to 11 pupils in the core subjects of literacy and numeracy and also cover the statutory PSHE curriculum. This is in combination with an alternative provision offer delivered by a range of external providers who are compliance-checked by LEBC. PSHE is accredited using the AQA Unit Awards framework.
The curriculum offered at Glenfield Tuition Centre is as follows:
KS3: National Curriculum English, Maths, RSHE
KS4: Pearson Functional Skills English and Maths
AQA English Language
AQA Maths (Foundation or Higher paper)
RSHE
Glenfield Tuition Centre is an out of school site provision but is not an alternative provision. It cannot be used by other stakeholders and pupils are placed here as part of their wider pathway at HBEP.
